Testing Over The Legal Limit

Many drivers think that because they failed the breath or blood test that they will definitely be convicted of DWI. This is just simply not the case. Of course the results with vary depending on the circumstances surrounding your case. But there are several ways that I can challenge the breath or blood testing methods that resulted in your charge.  An improperly calibrated breathalyzer machine, maybe a mishandled blood sample, or maybe the test was administered by an unqualified individual. These are all ways that we can challenge blood alcohol evidence.
